Culinary Ireland with Rachel Gaffney Sept 7 - Sept 16 2018

Fly to Shannon airport on the west coast of Ireland and immerse yourself in the food and culture in the  counties of Cork and Limerick. This trip will have a focus on Irish Food, namely ingredients, sustainability, artisan producers, immersive expereinces and farm visits. You will experience a very special stay at a private castle, fish on the river Blackwater in Co Cork and eat it that evening cooked by our chef.  Wander orchards & victorian gardens, learn about cheese making, eat freshly baked breads each morning slathered with creamy Irish butter and homemade preserves. Breathe in the exilarating sea air on the wild Atlantic ocean,  soak in a seaweed bath, the choices are endless. This is a trip you will not want to miss.
