My Favorite Granola

Granola is easy to make and easy to bake.  All too often, when we purchase it from the grocery store, what we perceive to be healthy, really is not. 

This recipe is one I make weekly.  You can substitute,  add or omit various nuts and fruits according to your preferences. 

The quality of the ingredients  will yield a tasty, crunchy and yes, healthy granola. I always use organic flour and sugar. 


Pre heat oven to 500 degrees
Mix all dry ingredients together
Mix wet ingredients together
Pour over dry ingredients and mix well
Place the mixture on a lined baking sheet
Bake for an hour and a half.
